Drawing upon nearly 20 years of banking experience, Isoldy Guzman is the branch manager of a Florida Community Bank in Davie that will soon become a Synovus Bank as a result of a corporate merger. In addition to developing new business and coaching sales staff, Isoldy Guzman’s role as branch manager requires her to ensure regulatory compliance, which she is able to do through her extensive knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations, the U.S. Patriot Act, and the Bank Secrecy Act.
Prior to joining Florida Community Bank in December 2018, Isoldy Guzman was a financial center manager with a Miami-based Bank of America location for more than four years. She has worked with Bank of America since 2001 and previously filled the role of assistant banking center manager and personal banker, while holding membership with the Bank of America Miami Talent Council.
Ms. Guzman is presently a member of the Broward-Dade Leadership Council and regular volunteer for Camillus House and Feeding South Florida. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Lynn University.
